These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the games, apps and website (together, the “Services”) provided by Rise Games (“Rise”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Services for your own non-commercial entertainment, on devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded from.

2. Virtual items and purchases

Our games may offer virtual currency or items that you can earn or buy. Virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed to you, not sold. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are final, except where the store’s refund policy or applicable law says otherwise.

3. Advertising

The Services may display advertising from third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, hacks or unauthorized third-party software
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute any part of the Services
• Interfere with the Services or other players’ enjoyment of them
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose

We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you break these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Services and all related content, including code, art, music, characters and trademarks, are owned by Rise Games or its licensors and are protected by law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, change or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available or error-free.

7. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rise Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or virtual items, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Rise Games is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
