Rise Games (“Rise”, “we”, “us”) develops and publishes mobile games. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you play our games or visit rise.gs, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our games you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
- Device and usage data: device model, operating system, language, country or approximate location derived from IP address, game progress, session length, in-game events and crash reports.
- Advertising identifiers: the Apple IDFA or Google Advertising ID, only where the platform and your settings allow it.
- Purchase data: in-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive a confirmation of the transaction, never your payment card details.
- Information you send us: your email address and the content of your message when you contact support.
Our games do not require you to create an account or provide your name.
2. How we use information
- To operate our games, save your progress and fix bugs and crashes
- To understand how players use our games and improve them
- To show advertising, including personalized ads where you have allowed it
- To answer your support requests
- To prevent fraud and cheating and to meet legal obligations
3. Third-party services
Our games use third-party services for analytics, advertising, attribution and crash reporting. These partners may collect the information described above directly from your device and handle it under their own privacy policies. You can request the current list of partners used in a specific game by contacting us.
4. Your choices
- Ad tracking: on iOS, go to Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. On Android, go to Settings › Google › Ads to reset or delete your advertising ID.
- Consent: where required by law (for example in the EEA and UK), our games ask for your consent before personalized advertising. You can change this choice in the game settings where available.
- Access and deletion: you can ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion by emailing tech@rise.gs. Include the game name and your player ID if available.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Analytics data is kept in aggregated or pseudonymized form wherever possible.
6. Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13, or under 16 in the EEA. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. International transfers
We and our partners may process information in countries other than the one you live in. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be announced in our games or on this website.
